We collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we store and why.
What we collect
- Email address — to sign you in and to send login codes and service notifications.
- IP address and browser user agent — for security, abuse prevention and session management.
- Billing records — your balance history, deposit addresses and blockchain transactions sent to them. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
- Usage data — servers you run, their duration and resource usage, needed for billing.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for identity documents.
- We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The dashboard uses a single strictly necessary session cookie.
- We don't sell your data.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and afterwards as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
Processors
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery and blockchain data (TronGrid). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data through the dashboard support channel. Some billing records may need to be retained as required by law.
