These Terms govern your use of Gysga (the "Service"), a marketplace where GPU owners ("Hosts") provide computing capacity to users ("Renters"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country.
2. Balance and payments
- The Service works on a prepaid balance in US dollars. Top-ups are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to your personal deposit address; 1 USDT is credited as $1.
- Only USDT on TRON sent to your address is credited. Other tokens, other networks or wrong addresses may result in permanent loss of funds, which we cannot recover.
- Prices are fixed per GPU model and shown before you start a server. Charges are deducted from your balance while a server runs; storage of stopped servers may be charged separately as displayed.
- When your balance reaches zero, running servers are stopped. Data of stopped servers may be deleted after the retention period shown in the dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law or to harm others, including: unauthorized access to systems, malware, spam, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, infringing content, content involving the abuse of minors, or mining cryptocurrency where prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4. Hosts
Hosts must have the right to provide the hardware and connectivity they list, keep machines available as declared, and must not access Renters' workloads or data. Host earnings are paid in USDT according to the payout schedule shown in the dashboard and may be held to cover disputes or chargebacks.
Referral program
A user who signs up through your referral link is linked to your account. For 12 months from their sign-up you receive 5% of their rental charges, paid from the platform's share and credited to your balance for use on the Service. Only new accounts qualify; self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts and abuse are not rewarded, and we may reverse such credits.
Host payouts
Host earnings are held for 7 days and then become available for withdrawal. Payouts are made on request in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the address you set, with a minimum of $10. After the payout address changes, payouts pause for 48 hours. Earnings may be withheld when rentals are disputed or the rules are violated.
5. Your data
Workloads run on third-party Host machines. Do not process data that you are not allowed to process on such infrastructure. You are responsible for backups of your data. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and to restore workloads when a Host fails, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected usage in the 30 days before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
